After 4+ years at Meta leading global initiatives spanning €45M+ budgets and hundreds of outsourced workers across vendors and time zones, I now lead company-wide AI adoption at Snoonu — Qatar's first superapp valued at €250M+ with 500K+ active users — where I established the AI Center of Excellence and saved €110K annually through open-source optimization.

I'm a builder-practitioner who architects RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and production-grade tools. I created the SAGE Protocol — a vectorless RAG system achieving 97ms retrieval across 1000 rows with fully deterministic, traceable stages. I don't just advise — I design AI architectures that solve the right business problems, evaluate current AI adoption maturity, and build evidence-based plans for healthy, productive integration.

My approach to cost optimization is systematic: I replace flat-rate AI SaaS subscriptions with self-hosted, open-source alternatives that deliver the same quality and performance with better security, privacy, and full observability. I believe organizations shouldn't pay premium prices for capabilities they can own and control.
